Preceptor Benefits
We are pleased to be able to offer the following benefits to active participants in our Preceptorship Program:
- We assist your office by working directly with academic institutions to manage student placement, scheduling, and credentialing.
- Access to Ovid, an online collection of scholarly databases including MEDLINE, CINAHL, and HealthSTAR. It offers access to full text journal articles from more than 46 medical journals and 14 nursing journals.
- Outreach Librarian Services will be available to you for additional searches you need to perform.
- Continuing Education opportunities
In addition to these benefits, most of the educational programs with which we work offer clinical faculty appointments and associated benefits to active preceptors.
